TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile and OneDrive are on the integrations page but not connectable yet. Here is exactly what is blocking each one, and what you can do in the meantime.
Unyo's integrations page lists 20 integrations. 16 of them connect today. Four are greyed out with a Coming soon badge: TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile and OneDrive.
We'd rather be blunt about them than let you discover it after signing up.
These cards do nothing. On purpose.
A Coming soon card is greyed out and isn't clickable — there is no connect button hidden behind it, no waitlist, and no beta. If a page on this site ever tells you an agent can post to TikTok or send a WhatsApp message, that page is wrong. Tell us.
What's blocking each one
For all four, the blocker is platform approval, not our code. Each of these APIs is gated behind a review, an audit, or a business verification that sits with the platform, on the platform's timeline. We won't guess at a date, because the date isn't ours to give.

That last row is the pattern for all four, really: we don't request permission we can't yet use. An unused scope is a scope that gets your app rejected — and, more to the point, it's access to your account that buys you nothing.
How to connect them
You can't. That is the honest answer, and there is no step 2.
To see the cards for yourself:
- Open Integrations from the sidebar (the route is
/integrations— it is not inside Settings). - Filter by Social to see TikTok and WhatsApp Business, or Google to see Google Business Profile and OneDrive.
- Note the Coming soon badge. Those cards don't open a detail view and don't start an OAuth flow.
Permissions we are not requesting
The interesting part of this page is what's absent. Right now, for these four providers, Unyo holds zero permissions on your accounts, because no consent screen has ever been shown for them.

That is not a technicality. Our Google connection is a single grant shared across Gmail, Drive and Calendar, so a speculative Business Profile scope would sit inside the grant you already approved — silently broadening it. We don't do that. When one of these ships, it will ship as its own consent screen that you approve on its own merits, and this page will change.
The same principle is why we cut our Google scopes from 9 to 5, dropped mail.google.com entirely, and swapped broad Drive reading for per-file access through Google's own file picker. Scopes we can't justify to you, we don't ask for.
What Unyo does with your data
Nothing here, because there's no data here. But for the 16 integrations that do connect, the rules are the same across all of them:
- Every OAuth token is encrypted at rest — AES-256, through database functions, never stored or read as a plain column. As of 16 July 2026, all 17 populated token columns in production were verified encrypted at the cipher-byte level. Zero plaintext tokens exist.
- The master key is unreachable by any client — it lives behind a policy that denies every role, readable only by a privileged server function.
- No model is trained on your data — every model Unyo runs sits under a no-training guarantee. That has never depended on which integration you connect.
- Deleting your account revokes what can be revoked and purges roughly 80 tables in one atomic operation — including every connection row.

In the meantime
Unyo can't publish to these platforms, but the work before publishing is the slow part, and that part already runs.
For TikTok, Ashley drafts the caption and hashtags and Tyron makes the image; you post it yourself.

For Google Business Profile, Lucy will draft the review responses; you paste them into the Business Profile dashboard.
Lucy, write me three replies to this 2-star review — one apologetic, one factual, one that offers a fix. Keep them under 60 words and match our brand voice from the Neural Core.
For OneDrive, drag the file into the chat instead. Any agent can read an attached PDF, DOCX, XLSX or CSV — including scanned PDFs with no text layer.
Tell us which one you actually need
We prioritise by demand, and right now the demand signal is real users asking. If one of these four is the difference between Unyo working for you and not, say so — it moves the queue. It won't move TikTok's audit, but it decides which audit we file first.
FAQ
Is there a waitlist or a beta I can join?
No. There's no waitlist form, no beta flag, and no early access. When one of these connects, it will simply appear as a live card on your integrations page with a working Connect button — nothing to sign up for in advance.
When will TikTok be ready?
We don't know, and anyone who gives you a date for a third-party audit is guessing. TikTok's Content Posting API requires their review of our app before it will accept a post. The code path on our side doesn't exist yet either — we build it once we know the review will land, so we're not maintaining an integration against an API we can't call.
Can an agent post to TikTok some other way — a workaround, a browser automation?
No. Unyo doesn't drive a browser on your behalf and doesn't scrape logged-in sessions. Publishing happens through official APIs or not at all. For TikTok that means Ashley drafts and you post.
Does Unyo already have permission on my TikTok or WhatsApp account?
No — you've never seen a consent screen for them, so no grant exists. Unyo holds zero permissions on all four of these providers. You can check for yourself: nothing appears under Unyo in TikTok's or Meta's connected-apps settings unless you connected Instagram or Facebook, which are separate.
I connected Instagram — doesn't that cover WhatsApp? They're both Meta.
No. They're separate products behind separate APIs, and our Instagram connection is its own app with its own three permissions, granted specifically for reading your profile, publishing, and reading your insights. It carries no messaging permission of any kind. WhatsApp Business would be a distinct connection with a distinct consent screen.
Will these cost extra credits when they launch?
They'll be priced the way everything is priced: on real cost, not per message. Nearly every read, search and draft is free today — 73 of 105 priced tools cost zero credits — and there's no reason for that to change here. We won't quote a number before the integration exists.
Disconnecting and revoking
There's nothing to disconnect — no connection was ever made, so there's no row in our database and no grant on the platform.
For the integrations you have connected, disconnecting works from the same Integrations page, and we're straight with you about the limits:
- Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) — Disconnect removes our copy of the connection but deliberately does not call Google's revoke endpoint, because Google's revoke would kill the entire shared grant and silently break your other connected Google services. To revoke at Google, use myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your Unyo account does revoke.
- Instagram — Meta exposes no programmatic revoke on the Instagram API, so we can't do it for you. Disconnect deletes our row and hands you the link to finish at instagram.com/accounts/manage_access. We'd rather say that than let you assume otherwise.

Troubleshooting
The card is greyed out and won't click. Working as intended — Coming soon cards don't open. Nothing is broken.
I don't see the card at all. Check your category filter on /integrations. TikTok and WhatsApp Business are under Social; Google Business Profile and OneDrive are under Google. Clearing the search box helps too.
A page or a video says Unyo supports TikTok. It's wrong or out of date. The integrations page in the app is the only source of truth — if a card there has a Connect button, it works; if it says Coming soon, it doesn't. Please report the page.
