Your Neural Core is the shared memory of your business. It holds your brand voice, your offers, your policies and your context — and every Unyo employee reads from it. Fill it in well and every draft, reply, post and visual comes out sounding like you, without you repeating yourself.
Why it matters
Generic AI gives generic answers. The Neural Core is what makes Unyo specific to your business: Maya writes replies in your tone, Ashley posts in your voice, Alex pitches with your real offers, and Tyron creates visuals from your actual products — all from one source of truth.

Set up your Neural Core
- Open Settings → Neural Core.
- Start with your brand voice — describe how your business sounds in a few sentences.
- Add your offers and pricing so sales and support answers are accurate.
- Upload visual references so the Marketing Studio and Tyron stay on brand.
- Add policies so support replies stay on-policy.
You don't have to complete everything at once — add context as you go. Each agent uses whatever is there.
Here's how our business sounds: friendly, direct, no jargon. We sell handmade candles in three sizes. Save this to my Neural Core so every agent uses it.
Keep it current
- Update prices, offers and policies when they change.
- Add new product photos so visuals stay accurate.
- Note recurring customer questions so Sam can answer them consistently.
Do all agents use the Neural Core?
Yes. Every Unyo employee reads from the same Neural Core, so they all stay on brand and in sync — one brain, many hands.
Is my business data private?
Your Neural Core is your workspace's private memory, used only to help your agents do their work. You control what's in it and can edit or remove context any time.
What if I leave parts empty?
Agents still work, but with less context. The more you add, the more on-brand and accurate their output becomes.
